What stage is the mining Project?
The EIR (Environmental Impact Report) is being updated by Design Resource and presented to Fresno County Planning Commission possibly by year end. The Planning Commission will evaluate the EIR and then vote to approve or deny the project. That decision can then be appealed to the Board of Supervisors by either side. The Board will vote to approve or deny the project. Once that decision is made it can be challenged in Court.
